Genitus Inc. provides AI-assisted market data visualization, technical analysis, and computational trading signal tools ("the Service"). The Service is an analytical and educational tool. It is not a brokerage, does not execute trades, and does not hold client funds or securities.

3. No Investment Advice
Nothing generated by the Service — including AI chat responses, trading plans, sentiment scores, or technical indicators — constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for any trading or investment decisions you make. See our full Disclaimer for details.

4. Subscriptions & Billing
LeMarché AI Retail Suite ($20/month) and GoldShield AI Robo Advisor Premium ($50/month) are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period unless required by applicable law.

5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service without written permission, and not to use it for any unlawful purpose, including market manipulation.

6. Third-Party Data
Market data is sourced from third-party providers (e.g. EOD Historical Data) and may be delayed or contain inaccuracies. We do not guarantee data accuracy, completeness, or timeliness.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Genitus Inc. is not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect damages arising from use of the Service.

8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Your theme preference (light/dark/matrix) is saved in your browser's local storage so it persists between visits. This stays on your device and is never transmitted to us.

4. Third-Party Services
This page loads resources from third-party CDNs (Chart.js, Font Awesome, Google Fonts) and a market-data API. These providers may log your IP address as part of normal web-server operation, per their own privacy policies.
